For 10+ years, I’ve helped teams make sense of customer needs, operational workflows, and product complexity so they can make better decisions and build experiences that actually work.

I’m especially drawn to the space where the screen is only part of the problem, and the real work is understanding the people, processes, and tradeoffs behind it.
