Hi, I’m Caitlin.
I’m a designer and researcher who cares deeply about the people behind the products and services we build.
I’m especially drawn to internal systems and B2B tools because they shape people’s day-to-day working lives in such direct ways. Whether it’s a teammate relying on an internal platform or a customer spending most of their day in a product, I believe those experiences deserve just as much thought and care as any consumer-facing one. Some of the work I find most meaningful is helping make those systems clearer, more useful, and more supportive for the people who rely on them.
My background spans research, design, and systems thinking, and I’ve always felt most at home as a generalist. I love moving across the process — uncovering needs, spotting patterns, shaping workflows, and creating the artifacts and frameworks that help teams align and make better decisions. I’m a holistic thinker by nature, and I’m often happiest in the messy middle: making sense of complexity, mapping what others can’t yet see clearly, and turning it into something practical and actionable.
To me, good design is about more than polished interfaces. It’s about representing people well, understanding the systems that shape their experience, and helping teams build tools that work better for the humans using them.
